During the session, the VALD ForceDecks system will capture a variety of metrics, including: Strength: Peak Force, Rate of Force Development, and Asymmetries. Power: Peak Power and Impulse. Velocity: Take-off and Landing Velocity. Load Management and Fatigue: Reactive Strength Index and Force-Time Curve Analysis. Rehabilitation: Balance and Stability, and Return-to-Play Assessments.
