What Are VALD ForceDecks?

VALD ForceDecks are advanced dual force plates that measure and analyse your movement patterns with pinpoint accuracy. Used by elite athletes, clubs, and teams globally, ForceDecks are designed to:

  • Assess strength, power, balance, and stability.
  • Monitor recovery progress after injury.
  • Identify potential injury risks.
  • Enhance training and maximise performance.

The system captures detailed metrics such as force, power, and asymmetry in real-time, offering actionable insights tailored to your specific goals. Ideal for testing for return to play or pre-season testing for (re-)injury prevention.

Who Are Force Plates For?

Force plate testing is ideal for sports people and athletes looking to maximise their performances and wanting to keep on top of injury prevention, namely:

Testing will take place in our gym at a pre-arranged time. Our S&C Coach will guide you through the relevant movements to ensure accurate and effective testing. During the session, the VALD ForceDecks system will capture a variety of metrics, including: Strength: Peak Force, Rate of Force Development, and Asymmetries. Power: Peak Power and Impulse. Velocity: Take-off and Landing Velocity. Load Management and Fatigue: Reactive Strength Index and Force-Time Curve Analysis. Rehabilitation: Balance and Stability, and Return-to-Play Assessments.
